SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to your community.

SASSA is going to be rendering providers including new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency said it really is alarmed with regards to the higher amount of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The purpose of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is website to reach-out to a higher amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no entirely functional office committed to service the area daily. The provider level developed for intervention experiences a superior inflow of potential beneficiaries, that makes it challenging for the office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise click here extra assets to enable the servicing of sassa status check all shoppers and boost usage of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
